Having done this, you can run your mail processor to extract and toss the messages contained within to your net message directory. This is handy when you want to re-edit a message that was already bundled for delivery. You will also be asked whether to want to M)ove or C)opy the bundle. The C)opy option will just copy the bundle to the inbound area whereas the M)ove option will also deletes the original bundle. Use C)opy if you are not sure because you can just as well delete the original bundle with the usual outbound E)rase command, if later deemed necessary. To use the recycle command, you need to add the "INFILES path" command to your configuration file. Eg, if you receive mailed files in C:\NETFILES, then you'd use "INFILES c:\netfiles".
